I was actually really amazed at what was happening in my glass. It looks like its half way on becoming gelatin, so i laid it out and threw it in the fridge. Banana-Coffee Jello doesn’t sound bad at all. Now i’m on a “quest” to figure out what I can add more of to solidify it into making a all-natural gelatin.

Do NOT use ice and add a little milk as well as chocolate syrup if you’d like. The more milk you use, the thinner it will be. Also, use cold coffee. Bananas and hot coffee do not mix!! Like you, I learned this the hard way. You can also add a touch of honey and cinnamon for added sweetness. This is perfection in a cup :)
