Gingerbread Houses Perched on a Mug

December 17, 2010

Oh just look how cute these are:

Little gingerbread houses perched on a mug! The smell alone would probably enhance the flavour of coffee in that mug, but I don’t think anyone would be too disappointed if the house got soggy and fell in. Gingerbread lattes have been my drink of choice for keeping warm through the snowstorms around here.

Here is how to make your own precariously perched gingerbread houses, and thanks @nataliese for tweeting about this.

I love it. And I guess you could take this idea for all kinds of other edible things on your cup. Thanks for the fresh ideas (still have to try your bacon coffee). Best, Theo

    Thanks for visiting!

Good luck with the bacon coffee. It’s tricky, that.

Great photo and post. You’re right: gingerbread lattes are delicious anytime. The idea of a gingerbread cookie house falling in the coffee is quite creative and appetizing. Very interesting blog.
